History

Yeh! Yogourt Glace and Café was founded in 2008 by Jean-Daniel Nadeau and Grace Yeh, who shared a passion for frozen yogurt and a dream to be the first to bring the exciting experience of self-serve frozen yogurt to Canada. Both Jean-Daniel and Grace were working in design before going into business together. Their vision was to create a place where customers can have the best frozen yogurt experience, get excellent service, in a fresh and vibrant environment.

The Concept

What sets Yeh! apart? At Yeh!, the customers serve themselves, choosing from a wide variety of flavors, toppings, and sauces. Yeh! has fantastic flavors of the highest quality non-fat frozen yogurt, over 40 toppings, ranging from fresh fruits to dried toppings like cranberries, organic raisins, flax seed, to candy, cereals and chocolates. The price of the frozen yogurt is determined by weight, at 48 cents per ounce. Customers can mix as many flavors of frozen yogurt and put on as many toppings as they wish. After creating their own mix of frozen yogurt with all their favorite flavors and toppings, customers take it to the cashier to weigh, pay and then enjoy.

Yeh! also serves delicious smoothies, waffles, crepes, organic coffee and tea. In the cold winter months, customers can come into Yeh! for S’mores, toast marshmallows, and sit around a campfire at their own table.

From the first day Yeh! opened its doors, its popularity spread quickly, and soon became the meeting place for friends, the perfect date destination, a treat after yoga class, a fun family activity. The frozen yogurt is non-fat and low in calories, making Yeh! a healthy guilt-free delight.
